1. Purpose
Play Sultan sells digital products directly. This policy is how we reduce fraud, stolen payment instruments, money laundering, and sanctioned transactions. The Site is not a marketplace where members sell to each other. The checks cover the buyer, the payment, and the wallet.
2. When we ask for verification
An identity document is not requested on every order. Email, phone, or documents may be requested when:
- An order or a wallet movement is high value
- The frequency, amount, or country is unusual
- The same payment instrument appears on more than one account
- There is a chargeback, refund abuse, or a suspected stolen card
- You ask to withdraw wallet balance
- There is a sanctions-list match or a request from a competent authority
Documents we may ask for: identification, proof of address, or a record that the payment instrument is yours. Until the review ends, the order or the withdrawal may wait.
3. What is monitored
- High amounts in a short time
- The payment country not matching the account country
- A top-up followed immediately by a withdrawal
- The same order forced through another instrument after a failed payment
On a suspicious transaction the account may be paused, documents may be requested, and a report may be made to the competent authority where the law requires it. That report stays confidential to the extent the law allows.
4. Closing an account
A false document, a refusal to complete verification, a stolen payment, or a sanctions match freezes or closes the account. The amount of an order that was not delivered is refunded unless the law blocks it. A suspicious amount may be held until the review or the authority decides.
5. Retention
Identity documents and the related transaction records are kept for at least five years where the law requires that, in a secured environment. The Privacy Policy has the detail.
